Active Portfolio per Credit Officer

 The Active portfolio report per credit officer shows the details of loan amounts outstanding that were handled by various credit officers.

How to view the Active Portfolio per Credit Officer report

To view the active portfolio per credit officer report you go to Loans->Portfolio Reports->Active Portfolio per Credit Officer Report. A screen that looks as follows will appear:

• Report Period from:  From the drop down box, select the date when the report should start e.g. "01/01/2021" and in to drop down box select the date when the report should end e.g., "26/07/2021".
• Since disbursement: When you check the option you will be able to generate an active portfolio per credit officer report that will start from when the first loan disbursement was made up to the reporting date that you select.
• Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".

Note that Loan Performer offers the flexibility of displaying the report in different currencies.

• Branch Code:  From the drop down box, select the branch for which the active portfolio per credit officer report should be generated or tick the For all option to generate the report for all branches.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Portfolio Report Formats.

Click on the OK to generate the active portfolio per credit officer report that will look as follows:

Click on the Close button to exit.
